Issue of equity

The Company announces that application has been made for 535,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), pursuant to the exercise of options.  It is expected that Admission will occur at 8.00 am on 7 July 2016.

Following Admission the Company will have 340,840,953 ordinary Shares in issue. No ordinary shares are currently held in Treasury. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 340,840,953 ordinary shares.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
