The Company has been informed by Sasqua Fields Management LLC ("SFM") that as of 14 May 2013, SFM's shareholding in Dods is 17,020,786 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, representing approximately 5.01% of Dods' issued share capital. This figure of 17,020,786 ordinary shares includes those shares held by Sasqua Fields Capital Partners I, LLC, as previously announced by the Company.
