COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL OF DODS MEDIA EVENTS AND TRAINING OPERATIONS

Merit Group plc (AIM: MRIT), the data and intelligence business, announces that it has completed the successful disposal of its Dods Media, Events and Training Operations (the 'MET Operations'), in line with its announcement of 27 October 2022.

In a separate announcement, the Company is today publishing its unaudited interim results for the half year ended 30 September 2022 and, following the disposal of the Dods MET Operations, the resignation of Munira Ibrahim, the MD of the Dods business.
