Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Philip Machray, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 18,780 Ordinary Shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an aggregate price of 55.6 pence per Ordinary Share.  Mr Machray purchased 1,913 Ordinary Shares on 2 October 2023 and a further 16,867 Ordinary Shares on 4 October 2023.

Following these purchases, Mr. Machray has an interest in 146,546 Ordinary Shares representing 0.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
