Further to the Company's announcements on 28 June 2019 and 16 July 2019 in connection with the Fundraising and Acquisition, Dods announces that certain Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") have, following Admission today, acquired a total of 2,664,200 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.5p per share, via the Subscription and Open Offer as detailed below:
