Further to the announcement on 2 September 2019 regarding the resignation of Nitil Patel, Dods today confirms that he has stepped down as a Board Director with immediate effect. Nitil will continue to work his notice period, which expires on 30 August 2020.  

The process to find Nitil's successor is ongoing and a further announcement will be made in due course.
