Dods, a leading technology company specialising in data, code, business intelligence and media today announces that Simon Presswell will be stepping down as a Director and CEO with immediate effect.

Following the appointment of new senior management to the Group and successful integration of Merit, the Board has accepted Simon's intention to pursue other interests.

David Hammond will take on the role of Executive Chairman, on an interim basis, and the search for a permanent CEO has commenced today. A further announcement will be made in due course.  An operating executive committee comprising three senior executives will report directly to David.
