Appointment of Chief Executive Officer               

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 June 2018 that included details of upcoming board changes, Dods is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Presswell as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Presswell has previously held a number of high profile management positions, including separate managing director roles with both Universal Studios and Ticketmaster (UK). Mr Presswell holds an MBA from the Ashridge Hult Business School.

The following information regarding the appointment of Simon Paul Thomas Presswell, aged 47, is disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
