Directorate Change

The Board of Dods Group announces that Martin Beck is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect and has resigned as Chief Executive Officer.

Cheryl Jones, Chairman commented:

"The Board would like to acknowledge the contribution that Mr. Beck has made to Dods over the past thirteen years. Mr. Beck joined Dods in 2003 as Digital Sales Director, becoming Managing Director of the European business in 2007. In November 2013, Mr. Beck was appointed to the Board and named acting Chief Executive Officer, being formally appointed to the role in March 2014."

Guy Cleaver, Managing Director of Dods' events and training businesses has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cleaver will assume responsibility for all the Group's businesses with immediate effect.  

Ms. Jones will continue to work directly with Mr. Cleaver and the management teams to complete the transformational plans for the business during which time the Board will finalise the structure of the management team.
