Board Changes and Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Dods announces that Michael Higgins (non-executive Chairman) decided not to stand for re-election as a director at today's Annual General Meeting and Keith Sadler (Chief Financial Officer) today also resigned as a Director of the Company.

The Board has appointed Cheryl Jones, a non-executive Director, as Chairman, with immediate effect.

Keith Sadler will remain with the Group as Chief Financial Officer until 31st December 2014 and will remain available until 31 March 2015 to provide any assistance necessary to achieve a smooth handover to his successor.

At the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to the shareholders were passed.

The Board confirms that trading is currently in line with its expectations.
