Change of management roles and responsibilities

The Board of Dods (Group) plc today announces that, with immediate effect, the role of CEO and CFO are to be split between Alastair Gornall and Keith Sadler. Keith Sadler had held the combined role for the last 12 months. 

Alastair Gornall was appointed Executive Chairman following the completion of the 2013 AGM at which Kevin Hand stood down.

Alastair Gornall will have responsibilities for the strategic and operational direction of the business, Keith Sadler will take the role of CFO. 

Alastair Gornall said: 'Keith and I have very different but complementary skills and experience. As a result the Board, including Keith, believes that I should be primarily responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the whole business, whilst Keith will focus on the financial aspects of the business. We are both excited about the future potential for Dods and look forward to working together.'
