Board Changes

The Board has received today notice from Kevin Hand, Non-Executive Chairman, that he intends to stand down as Chairman of Dods at the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held later this year. At the Board's request Kevin Hand has agreed to remain on the Board of Directors.

The Board will initiate the search for a new chairman immediately and an announcement will be made when appropriate.
