F1: Pursuant to rollover agreements entered into by certain officers of the Issuer, including the Reporting Person, ML New Topco, L.P. ("Partnership") and ML Topco, Inc. ("Topco"), the Reporting Person contributed, transferred and assigned to Topco certain shares of Issuer's Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Issuer Common Stock") in exchange for newly issued shares of Topco ("Topco Shares"), and immediately thereafter contributed such Topco Shares to Partnership in exchange for newly issued units of Partnership, in accordance with the terms of the rollover agreements (the "Rollover Shares").

F2: This Form 4 reports securities disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated August 11, 2025, by and among the Issuer, ML Holdco, Inc. (as successor in interest to ML Holdco, LLC), a Delaware corporation ("Parent"), and ML Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ML Holdco ("Merger Sub"). On October 24, 2025 (the "Effective Time"), Merger Sub merged with and into the Issuer, with the Issuer surviving the merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.

F3: Includes unvested Issuer restricted stock units ("RSUs") that were cancelled and extinguished and converted into a contingent right to receive solely an amount in cash equal to the product of the Merger Consideration (as defined below) multiplied by the number of shares underlying the RSUs which shall vest and become payable on December 31, 2025, subject to the provision of certain transition services by the Reporting Person.

F4: Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, at the Effective Time, each outstanding share of Issuer Common Stock was automatically cancelled and converted into the right to receive $20.00 in cash, without interest (the "Merger Consideration"), less any applicable withholding taxes other than the Rollover Shares.

F5: The shares are held directly by the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009. The reporting person and his spouse are the co-trustees of the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009 and share sole voting and dispositive power with respect to all securities held by such entity. The reporting person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities held by the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009.

F6: Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, each outstanding stock option to purchase shares of Issuer Common Stock having a per share exercise price that was less than the Merger Consideration (each an "In-the-Money Company Stock Option") became fully vested and was automatically cancelled and converted into the right to receive solely an amount in cash (without interest and subject to applicable withholding taxes) equal to the product of (i) the excess, if any, of the Merger Consideration over the per share exercise price of such In-the-Money Company Stock Option and (ii) the aggregate number of shares of Issuer Common Stock underlying such In-the-Money Company Stock Option immediately prior to the Effective Time.

F7: Each Issuer stock option, whether vested or unvested, that is outstanding and unexercised as of immediately prior to the effective time and has a per share exercise price that is equal to or greater than the Merger Consideration was cancelled as of the effective time for no consideration.
