Re: Meridian Mining UK Societas (the Company)

Reference is made to the technical report dated March 30, 2023, with an effective date of March 1, 2023, titled “Cabaçal Gold-Copper Project NI 43-101 Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment, Mato Grosso, Brazil” (the “Report”), which I prepared or was involved in preparing.

In connection with the Company’s Final Short Form Base Shelf Prospectus dated February 24, 2023, as supplemented by a Prospectus Supplement dated April 3rd 2024, and all documents incorporated by reference therein (collectively, the “Prospectus”), I consent to being named as a qualified person, and to the use of my name and references to the Report, or portions thereof, in the Prospectus and to the inclusion or incorporation by reference of information derived from the Report that I am responsible for preparing, in the Prospectus.

I have read the Prospectus and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in it that are derived from those sections of the Report that I am responsible for preparing or that are within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Report.
