Re: Meridian Mining UK Societas (the “Company”) – Consent of Qualified Person

I, Leonardo Soares, BSc (Geo), MAIG (5180), of GE21 Consultoria Mineral (GE21), a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, hereby state that:

1. I am an author of the report prepared for the Company entitled titled “Cabaçal Gold-Copper Project NI 43-101 Preliminary Feasibility Study Technical Report, Mato Grosso, Brazil” dated March 31, 2025 (with an effective date of March 10, 2025) (the “Technical Report”);
2. I hereby consent to the public filing of the Technical Report, and any extracts from, or a summary of, the Technical Report in the Company’s news release dated March 10, 2025 (the “Press Release”), and in the Company’s Annual Information Form for the financial year ended December 31, 2024 dated March 31, 2025 (the “AIF”); and
3. I confirm that I have read the Press Release and the AIF and that they each fairly and accurately represent the information in the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible that supports the Press Release and AIF.
