London, November 20, 2019 - Mereo BioPharma Group plc (AIM: MPH, NASDAQ: MREO), a clinical stage UK based biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, received notification that on November 19, 2019, Alastair Mackinnon, Chief Medical Officer of Mereo, purchased 12,879 Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.39 per share. On the same day, Alastair also purchased 4930 American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of USD2.60 per ADS.
