MEREN TO RELEASE SECOND QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2025

Vancouver, BC, August 7, 2025 /CNW/ - (MER–TSX, MER–Nasdaq-Stockholm) – Meren Energy Inc. ("Meren" or the "Company") will publish its financial and operating results, along with the related management's discussion and analysis for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, after Toronto market close on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 09:00 (EDT) / 14:00 (BST) / 15:00 (CEST). The conference call may be accessed by dial in or via webcast.
