Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation of the Company's earlier intimation dated November 07, 2024 regarding allotment of 4,53,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants on preferential basis, we wish to inform that the warrant holders were entitled to exercise the option to convert the said warrants into equity shares within a period of 18 (eighteen) months from the date of allotment, i.e., on or before May 07, 2026.
It is further informed that the following allottee have not exercised the option to convert the warrants within the stipulated period:
