Transfer of Treasury Shares

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the regionally focused, specialist alternative asset manager with over £1.8billion of assets under management, announces that on 19 December 2024, the Company transferred 33,330 Ordinary shares of 0.001p ("Ordinary Shares") from Treasury to satisfy the exercise of employee share options. 

The Company confirms that as at 19 December 2024, its issued share capital consisted of 431,336,370 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. In addition, 15,343,153 shares are currently held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 19 December 2024 is therefore 431,336,370 and this figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, to the Company.
