Block Listing Applications - update

Further to the notification on 29 January 2020 that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market respectively, this is to confirm that the number of shares has been updated to 22,000,000 shares.

The block listing is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 3 February 2020. Any shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company.
