The Board announces the appointment of Mr Douglas Armstrong as an alternate independent, non-executive Director for Colin Clark with immediate effect until the conclusion of the Company's general meeting which will commence at 10.30a.m. today. Mr Armstrong is a solicitor at Dickson Minto W.S., the Company's lawyers. Mr Armstrong will act as Chairperson of the meeting.
