Şirketimizin 18.04.2025 tarihinde aldığı Yönetim Kurulu Kararı ile Pay Geri Alımı kapsamında; Şirketimiz Mercan Kimya San. Tic. A.Ş. tarafında Borsa istanbul A.Ş. nezdinde 1 TL nominal değerli pay başına 17,826 TL ortalama fiyat ile toplam 635.229 adet geri alım gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geri alınan payların şirket sermayesine oranı %0,333'e ulaşmış olup Şirketimizce yapılacak ilk Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin bilgisine sunulmak üzere süresi dolmasından dolayı pay geri alım süreci sonlandırılmıştır.
