Sub: Intimation of Resignation of Key Managerial Personnel - Chief Financial Officer under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("LODR") we hereby inform you that Mr. Rajendra Pawar, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the Company vide email and the said resignation is being accepted vide letter dated and w.e.f. 31st May, 2026 (copy enclosed).
As per the resignation email, he has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer due to evolving professional commitments and new opportunities.
The Company confirms that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned above.
The details as required under Regulation 30 read with applicable SEBI circulars are enclosed as Annexure I.

IBBI/ IPA-001 /IP-P-02019/ 2020- 2021/13098) has been appointed as an Resolution Professional of the Company and a moratorium under section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has come into effect from 28th March, 2024.
