MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 6, 2016
Grenoble, France and Durham, North Carolina - May 6, 2016 – MEMSCAP (NYSE Euronext: MEMS), the leading provider of innovative solutions based on MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) technology, today announces that its annual ordinary shareholders' meeting was held on May 6, 2016, at 4:00 PM in the Company headquarters located at Parc Activillage des Fontaines, Bernin (38) - France.
At the shareholders' meeting held on May 6, 2016, MEMSCAP's shareholders approved unanimously all meeting resolutions.
Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by post represented 1 589 250 voting shares (22.35% of the total number of voting shares) and 2 002 132 voting rights (26.49% of the total number of voting rights).
