MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 21, 2014
Grenoble, France and Durham, North Carolina, May 21 2014 – MEMSCAP (NYSE Euronext: MEMS), (Euronext: MEMS), the leading provider of innovative solutions based on MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) technology, today announces that its annual ordinary shareholders' meeting was held May 21, 2014, at 4:00 PM in the Company headquarters located at Parc Activillage des Fontaines, Bernin (38) - France.
At the shareholders' meeting held on May 21, 2014, MEMSCAP's shareholders approved with a large majority all meeting resolutions.
Shareholders present at the meeting, voting by proxy or by post represented 1 604 666 voting shares (22.69% of the total number of voting shares) and 1 984 814 voting rights (26.52% of the total number of voting rights).
