SHARE CONSOLIDATION UPDATE AND CORRECTION TO OPTIONS

Memphasys Limited (the Company) wishes to advise that the Record Date for the consolidation of the Company’s issued capital on a 15:1 basis ( Consolidation ) is Friday 17[th] August 2018. Post consolidation, the Company’s securities will commence trading on normal settlement basis on 27[th] August 2018.

A total of 5,458,839,182 ordinary shares and 229,971,876 options are to be consolidated on a ratio of 15:1, such that on a post Consolidation basis, the estimated number of securities on issue will be 363,922,613 ordinary shares and 15,331,459 options (subject to rounding).
