Dear Option Holders

NOTICE TO 35 CENTS OPTION HOLDERS OF NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT TO 1:2 BONUS 15 CENTS SHARE OPTIONS TO SHAREHOLDERS

We are writing to you in relation to your 35 cents listed option holding in NuSep Holdings Ltd (ASX:NSP/ Company).

The Company has announced to the ASX Limited (ASX) as approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 9[th] September 2011, that it will do a bonus pro rata issue of the 15¢ Share Options with an expiry date of 31[st] March 2012. The 15¢ Bonus Share Options will be issued on a pro rata 1 for 2 basis for all ordinary shares held on 30[th] September 2011.

Pursuant to the terms of the 35 cents listed options that are registered in your name, the Company is required to notify you of your right to participate in any pro rata issue if you exercise your 35 cents options prior to the record date.

Accordingly, take notice that in order to have an entitlement to 2:1 Bonus options issue, you will need to exercise your 35 cents options prior to the record date for the Bonus issue, being Friday 30[th] September 2011.
