NUSEP LIMITED – REORGANISATION OF CAPITAL

Participating organisations are advised that shareholders of NuSep Limited (the “Company”) are meeting today to approve the reorganisation of the capital of the Company.

The reorganisation is by way of consolidating every 20 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company into one fully paid ordinary share and will be effective on Monday, 16 March 2009.

The Company is currently suspended.

Fractions will be rounded up.

The following timetable will apply.

16	March	2009	Trading would normally commence on a deferred settlement trading basis
