NuSep signs Distribution Agreement with In Vitro Technologies & Clarification of Earlier Announcement

Sydney, Australia 6[th] March 2012 - NuSep (ASX: NSP) is pleased to advise the market that it has signed a distribution agreement with In Vitro Technologies for the sale of NuSep consumable products into the Australia and New Zealand markets. In Vitro Technologies (www.invitro.com.au) is a Scientific and Medical distribution company specialising in the sale and support of scientific, clinical diagnostic, medical and related products, with its head office in Melbourne. In Vitro Technologies has offices throughout Australia and New Zealand.

In Vitro Technologies has an established customer base in the local Protein Expression & Detection markets and NuSep nUView Gels range provide a natural complementary fit with their existing product ranges.

NuSep estimates that the Australian Analytical Gel market is worth $2.5m pa. Dr Hari Nair, Managing Director of NuSep noted that “distribution is the key to expanding NuSep’s sales. The ability to partner with a respected distributor means that NuSep will be able to expand its market penetration of its nUView gels in Australia”.

Transfer of Shares in Suspense

The Company advised the market on 12 December 2011 that the Company had made ASIC aware of certain breaches of the Corporations Act. The Company also noted that ASIC had not indicated an intention to take any action against the Company or any other person in connection with the breaches. Whilst this is correct and no action has been taken by ASIC to date, for the purposes of clarification, the Company advises that
