NuSep Raises $200,000 by Placing Shares at 7 cents per share

Sydney, Australia 18[th] May 2012 - NuSep (ASX: NSP) wishes to advise that it has placed 2,857,142 shares at 7¢ per share to raise $200,000. These shares have been transferred from the 4,869,826 shares held in the Company’s share suspense account.

The placement of these shares will not increase the issued capital of the Company as these shares were previously issued and held in a suspense account by the Company as advised to the market on 12 December 2011.

Since the release of the company’s half year results and following the above placement the balance of the suspense account has now been reduced to 2,012,684 shares. The Company will advise the market once it has placed these remaining shares.
