Sydney, Australia – 25 May 2012 – The Board of NuSep (ASX: NSP) wishes to advise that Tom Rowe has stepped down as company secretary and Swapna Keskar has taken over the role of company secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Keskar is an experienced company secretary and a member of the Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Mr. Rowe and Ms. Keskar both work for Company Matters Pty Limited and this is a continuation of the existing engagement between NuSep and Company Matters Pty Limited and ensures a seamless continuation of this relationship.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms. Keskar is the person responsible for communications with ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.

PrIME Biologics is a Singapore based biotech company that has developed a disposable procedure for the processing of plasma proteins. PrIME Biologics process is based on the Pr eparative I solation by M embrane E lectrophoresis (PrIME) technology developed by NuSep.
