Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Memphasys Limited (‘MEM’) will be halted at the request of MEM, pending the release of an announcement by MEM.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 22 September 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MEM’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Memphasys Limited (ASX Code: MEM) (“ Memphasys ”) requests a trading halt to be applied with immediate effect today, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is requested in connection with an announcement by Memphasys regarding a proposed capital raising ( Purpose ).

The following information is provided in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• 1 Memphasys requests that the trading halt commence with effect from commencement of trading on Thursday 18 September 2025.

• 2 Memphasys is seeking the trading halt to facilitate an orderly market in Memphasys’s securities pending Memphasys making an announcement to the ASX in connection with the Purpose.

• 3 Memphasys expects the trading halt to last until it makes an announcement to the ASX regarding the Purpose, which Memphasys anticipates will be made before commencement of trading on Monday 22 September 2025.

• 4 Memphasys is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This request has been approved by the board of Memphasys Limited.
