EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE

Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) ( Company or Memphasys ) refers to its non-renounceable entitlement offer announced on 17 August 2022 ( Offer ) and the prospectus for the Offer released on 18 August 2022 ( Prospectus ). Capitalised terms in this announcement have the meaning given under the Prospectus unless the context requires otherwise.

The Company advises that the Closing Date of the Offer to Eligible Shareholders has been extended by one week to 5.00 pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 14 September 2022. The Closing Date has been extended to provide Eligible Shareholders more time to consider the Offer.
