Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Memphasys Limited (‘MEM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MEM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 27 February 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Cheng,

Request for Trading Halt – ASX: MEM

Memphasys Limited (“Memphasys” or “Company”) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in the ordinary shares of Memphasys (ASX Code: MEM), until the commencement of trading on 27 February 2019.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Memphasys provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement relating to a material capital raising;

• (b) Memphasys requests the trading halt to be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of (i) Memphasys making an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising and (ii) the commencement of normal trading on 27 February 2019; and

• (c) Memphasys is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
