SHARE CONSOLIDATION UPDATE
Memphasys Limited (the Company) wishes to advise that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM ) held on 6[th] August 2018, shareholders approved a consolidation of the Company’s issued capital on a 15:1 basis ( Consolidation ).
The timetable for the Consolidation that was published in the EGM has been delayed until the completion of the placement of 350M ordinary shares, represented by resolution 2 of the EGM that was also approved by shareholders.
Following the placement of those ordinary shares, the Consolidation timetable will commence, and the record date will be advised to the ASX and to the market.
