NuSep Raises $1.9m via SPO

Sydney, Australia 31[st] August 2011 - NuSep (ASX: NSP) is pleased to advise the market that it has raised $1.939m via its recent Share Purchase Offer ( SPO ). The Share Purchase Offer closed on Friday 26[th] August 2011.

NuSep shareholders contributed $1.028m via the SPO including $60,000 from the Directors which is subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting on Friday 9[th] September 2011. The remaining $911,000 was subscribed by the underwriters under the underwriting agreement.

The General Meeting to approve the issue of the SPO will be held at 10am on Friday 9[th] September 2011 at:
