| Convertible in whole or in part into ordinary fully paid shares at the election of the holder at any time before 1 May 2013 at $0.18 cents per share. On maturity the convertible notes will redeem in full and the funds from this redemption will be used to subscribe for NuSep shares. For the period of 10 business days prior to 1st May 2013 the VWAP is calculated. Should this price less 10% be greater than $A 0.18 then holders can convert at the lower price ($A0.18). Should this price be less than $A 0.18 then convertible holders will automatically redeem the convertible notes and purchase ordinary shares at this price. |
