TRADING HALT

The securities of NuSep Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 November 2010 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

NuSep (ASX: NSP) requests a trading halt in respect of the ordinary shares of NuSep to apply from the commencement of trading on Thursday 25 November 2010 until the earlier of:

• the commencement of trading on Monday 29 November 2010; and

• the time NuSep requests the trading halt to be lifted.

The trading halt is requested pending the announcement by NuSep of a proposed capital raising.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, NuSep provides the following information:

• A trading halt is necessary for NuSep to manage its disclosure obligations in relation to a book building capital raising placement,

• NuSep requests that the trading halt continue until the opening of trade on Monday 29 November 2010, unless NuSep requests that the trading halt be lifted before that time; and

• NuSep is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
