RESIGNATION OF MR MICHAEL GRAHAM AS A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

NuSep Holdings Limited (“NuSep”, ASX:NSP) advises that Mr Michael Graham has resigned today as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Graham, who leaves due to other work commitments, has provided extremely valuable service to the Company. We wish him well for the future.

In time NuSep will look to appointing a replacement director but will continue for the present with the current board composition.
