APPOINTMENT OF DR ROBERT GILMOUR TO THE NUSEP BOARD

Sydney, Tuesday 12 April 2016

NuSep Holdings Limited ( ASX: NSP ) (“ NuSep ” or the “ Company ”) announces that Mr Mark Gell has resigned from the Board, effective 12 April 2016. Mr Gell has been a non-executive director since October 17, 2014. Mr Gell also served as Chair of NuSep’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.

NuSep’s Board of Directors wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution Mr Gell has made to the Company and thank him for his service. In particular, the Board wishes to thank him for his contribution in strategy, issues management, commercial development, governance and risk management. We are also grateful for the financial support he has provided at various times. During his tenure, the Company has successfully dealt with a number of difficult legacy issues, undertaken major strategic and organisational changes and is now well positioned for its next phase of development.

As of today, Dr Robert Gilmour has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the NuSep Board. Dr Gilmour is eminently qualified to forward the Company’s interests as it enters a new and intense phase of R&D activity. He has founded a number of successful medical device and diagnostic companies and has an industry specific network in the US and Australia. He has been engaged over the past few months to provide technical and strategic advisory services on a consulting basis and serves on NuSep’s Scientific Advisory Board, chaired by Professor John Aitken.

Following the resignation of Mr Gell, the Board of NuSep now includes Ms Alison Coutts as Executive Chairman and Mr Andrew Goodall and Dr Robert Gilmour as Non-Executive Directors. The Board is also working to identify and recruit additional directors who can assist in driving the Company’s new direction and commercialisation projects.
