RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR DR ROBERT GILMOUR
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) advises that non-executive director, Dr Robert Gilmour, has resigned with immediate effect.
As part of the resignation, Dr Gilmour has agreed to a settlement terminating his consulting services. As part of that settlement the options to be granted to him are to be reduced to 4 million from 20 million. Other terms and conditions pertaining to the options, as previously announced on 15 February 2016, remain.
