APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) ( Company ) announces the appointment of Andrew Metcalfe as Company Secretary.
The appointment follows the resignation of Stephanie Georgiou, who has accepted full time employment elsewhere and is ceasing contract work.
Andrew Metcalfe (B.Bus, CPA, FGIA, MAICD) is an experienced company secretary and governance advisor having worked for a range of ASX listed companies across a wide industry base.
The Board welcomes Andrew to the role and would also like to acknowledge the valuable contribution of Ms Georgiou. We wish her well in her future endeavors.
