NuSep Holdings Limited (ASX: NSP) advises that Alison Coutts, NuSep’s Executive Chairman and NuSep’s representative on the PrIME Biologics Board (“PrIME”), is temporarily stepping down from her board position at PrIME.

This action is being taken to ensure no possibility of conflict of interest whilst NuSep explores a potential transaction relating to NuSep’s shareholding in PrIME.
