Appointment of Director

NuSep Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Michael Graham as a non executive director.
Michael Graham brings a wealth of experience to the Company. He has been involved in a number of commercial ventures over the term of his career. Originally qualifying as a Company Secretary, Mr. Graham has worked in mining, retail and services. Mr. Graham spent 10 years working in the UK, US and Australia in Marketing Services in a division of WPP the global marketing communication group. Since 2010 Mr Graham has been the CEO of Mercurien Pty Ltd, a technology company focused on telemetry for motor vehicles.
Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Post-graduate Diploma in Management from the QUT.
Mr. Prakash Patel has resigned as a director, effective today.
The Board welcomes Mr. Graham to the Company.
