AMENDMENT OF STATEMENT ON TAX LOSSES IN CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS AT NUSEP AGM

Sydney, Monday 30 November 2015

NuSep Holdings Limited (ASX:NSP) advises that there is an error in the statement of tax losses in the Chairman’s address at NuSep’s AGM today.

Tax losses were stated as over $30 million however as of 30 June 2015 tax losses were $27.4 million, comprising of $14.3m in income tax losses and $13.1 million net capital losses. Consolidated NuSep group losses (as opposed to tax losses) were $33.1 million as of 30 June 2015.
