EXTENSION OF TIME TO HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further Extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting
NuSep Holdings Limited (ASX:NSP) wishes to advise that Australian Securities & Investment Commission (“ASIC”) has granted the Company a further two day extension of time in which to hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
The extension, which was granted by ASIC on 20 November 2014, allows the Company to extend the period the AGM must be held within, up to and including 19 December 2014.
NuSep sought an additional extension of time to hold the AGM to finalise its Notice of Meeting for approval by both ASIC and ASX.
All shareholders will be notified of the new AGM date and relevant details as soon as possible within the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 and ASX Listing Rules.
