AGM Update

– SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 17 November 2009 NuSep (ASX: NSP) wishes to announce that following on from discussions with ASIC, the Board has decided to withdraw resolutions 4 to 12 from consideration by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of NuSep scheduled to take place on Monday, 30 November 2009.

Accordingly, shareholders should disregard information in relation to resolutions 4 to 12 that was disclosed by NuSep in the Explanatory Statement that accompanied the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting.

NuSep will re-submit resolutions 4 to 12 to the shareholders for consideration at a general meeting to be convened early in the 2010 calendar year.

As announced previously, the AGM will be held on Monday 30 November at 10am at NuSep’s Sydney offices at 324 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, NSW. As part of this meeting the Board will update shareholders on recent developments and the Company’s forward projections.

A visit to the manufacturing and laboratory facilities will follow the meeting. We encourage all shareholders to attend.

• Gels – NuSep manufactures and sells precast gels including the innovative iGels, with a 2 year shelf life.

• Separation Instruments – NuSep has developed two unique biological separation instruments. The first instrument released in 2008 can separate biological samples into 8 fractions for use in the proteomic market. The second instrument (SpermSep) separates sperm for fertility treatments such as IVF. Initial successful clinical trials were completed in late 2008 and final clinical trials will be undertaken in 2010 with sales to occur later that year.
