The Company announces that it has been informed that Chris Grigg, Non-executive Chairman, and his wife Fionna Grigg jointly purchased 18,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the "Shares") on 4 April 2025 at a price of 410.99 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Grigg and his wife jointly hold an interest of 45,736 Shares, representing approximately 0.0036% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
