Completion of disposal of Crosby and Acco

Melrose Industries PLC announces that, further to the announcement of 10 October 2013, it has completed the disposal of Crosby and Acco to a newly incorporated company controlled by affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co L.P. for a total consideration of US$1,010 million.
