The Company announces that it was informed that Victoria Jarman, Non-executive Director, and Heather Lawrence, Non-executive Director, today bought shares in the Company. In particular:

Ms Jarman bought 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company at a price of 158.3275 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Jarman holds an interest of 15,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0003% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mrs Lawrence bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company at a price of 156.7 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mrs Lawrence holds an interest of 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
